THE SCARLETT LETTER

The reason for this book is a way of showing people who I am. Growing up with a father who is a police officer and has been for more than 30 years has had a large impact on my life.. Especially being gay. One of the hardest things I've ever done was come out to my policeman father and my Brooklyn Italian mother. I know there are many people out there who are struggling so hard to live in their truth and whose entire lives are ruined by living a lie. 

I dedicate this to them.
